Wish we could add negative stars. Absolutely terrible experience with this Mercury Insurance branch (Sierra team). Supervisor Amy and her team were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of actually assisting with my claim, they pushed me to pay out of pocket and showed zero urgency in doing their job. Refused to pay water damage claim
Bad customer service. They were super nice before we open the policy, but once we did, it is very hard to reach the salesperson. He didn't even inform that we need to send email to proof our sams membership to get the discount. Until it's too late and we got another bill from Mercury. They said they can't backdated since we were too late to send the proof. Why does it matter when we already have the proof??????? And when we tried to reach the salesperson, he never response. Horrible company. David Baker is the worst claim adjuster. I don't know how he is even employed. Extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional.
