Refused to pay water damage claim
Bad customer service. They were super nice before we open the policy, but once we did, it is very hard to reach the salesperson. He didn't even inform that we need to send email to proof our sams membership to get the discount. Until it's too late and we got another bill from Mercury. They said they can't backdated since we were too late to send the proof. Why does it matter when we already have the proof??????? And when we tried to reach the salesperson, he never response. Horrible company. David Baker is the worst claim adjuster. I don't know how he is even employed. Extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional.
