ZERO STARS!! They actually canceled my homeowners insurance because they said I wasn't keeping up with maintenance. I didn't repair a 18" retaining wall quick enough. 100% my fault and i own it. But my mail man clipped it backing out of my driveway when I was out of town working 90hr on 7 day weeks. I was working that much because my wife was sick and we needed to pay bills. They were very responsive to my claim . I was in an accident with the vehicle they just recently signed on for coverage. They let me pick my own certified Auto repair shop and they even reimbursed me for the tow to the shop. I definitely reccomend Mercury Insurance for your auto coverage needs. Thanks again Mercury! I have had two accident claims through Mercury and after the first year they doubled my coverage. Then after the second year they doubled it again! Changing insurance carriers now. Not good
I would not recommend using them for Home Owners Insurance, they are very bad their job. I don't have experience with the rest of their business.
