Mercury insurance overall as company failed me. Poor communication, lack of information, and lied about claim extensions opportunities after I submitted information well before the deadline dates. Because of this I lost my loss depreciation funds. Also, when renewal time came they hiked my rates so I wouldn’t renew.
Very pleased with David at Mercury. No claims just tow, everything was taken care of by David. Thank you for saving me hundreds on premiums too!
I've only ever done one claim and my insurance gets canceled. Terrible 👎
I don't recommend this insurance. Question, photos. And more questions and in the end they don't know nothing about me. They just assume things. They just cancel my insurance. Not in this place but to the Mercury insurance.
