Superb customer service, efficiency, installation and price. No fuss and easy to deal with, all the way from advising me on the heater I needed, to getting the job done really quickly, at the most competitive price. Highly recommend, has to the best heating and cooling specialist in Melbourne.
the team at mercury turned up on time and provided excellent service. They were very informative about the age and condition of our system and explained how to use properly. Since having this done we have had the team at mercury replace our gas ducted and evap cooling with new ducted system. They come out and designed the system to suit our house and the install was perfect. A1 service.
I feel very sad to have to write this review. I have been using Scott for years and I have always found him very responsive and the service very good. A couple of months ago, I ask for a quote to connect our heater controller to the Internet and heard nothing for a month, despite chasing him. Eventually I got the quote and authorised the work, but I have heard nothing since and when I ring my calls have been left unanswered. I have texted as well and the texts have been ignored. I’m a returning customer to Mercury. 5th time they have done an installation for me - ducted heating, evap aircon, split systems …… a good experience every time. Knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, good tradespeople.
