the team at mercury turned up on time and provided excellent service. They were very informative about the age and condition of our system and explained how to use properly. Since having this done we have had the team at mercury replace our gas ducted and evap cooling with new ducted system. They come out and designed the system to suit our house and the install was perfect. A1 service.
I feel very sad to have to write this review. I have been using Scott for years and I have always found him very responsive and the service very good. A couple of months ago, I ask for a quote to connect our heater controller to the Internet and heard nothing for a month, despite chasing him. Eventually I got the quote and authorised the work, but I have heard nothing since and when I ring my calls have been left unanswered. I have texted as well and the texts have been ignored. I’m a returning customer to Mercury. 5th time they have done an installation for me - ducted heating, evap aircon, split systems …… a good experience every time. Knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, good tradespeople.
Super impressed with not only the installation of my evaporative cooling (a few years back) but also the 1st service Remi has just provided. The quality and level of professionalism is outstanding - a rare find these days. Would highly recommend Mercury Heating and Cooling to anyone.
