Very unsatisfied. They kept screwing up my billing. Instead of monthly payments and a flat balance I ended up owing close to $1K when I was closing out my bill. This caused issues because I was assured that my balance would be $0 when my contract was up. Not the case... Very disappointed. Customer service is poor as well.
Mercury Fuel Mercury Fuel has the best customer service ever. They are very helpful in the billing dept. They work out payments for you and offer many payment plans. The prices are about the same as any other oil company. Mercury is always there to fill your tank on automatic delivery, you hardly ever have to call the office. I have been with them 10 years and I am very, very happy with the service.
