Had our Precor elliptical serviced today by Max. Scheduling was easy (Sam was great), Max was prompt, professional, courteous and competent. Our machine is working great. Thank you Mercury Fitness Repair!
We called Mercury Fitness and spoke to Sam, their “Service” Coordinator, to potentially establish a multi-location service contract for our business and residential locations for Sole exercise equipment. This phone call was the worst vendor experience we have had in years. Great customer service and rapid, professional turnaround. They shipped (new) repair parts out to me the same day, and I received them the following day as promised. Would definitely go back to them for future parts orders.
