Great and speedy scheduling of an appointment and parts in stock allows them to repair my Precor AMT in just days. Very impressive!
The technician Justin was so nice to me and Kiwi (my dog) and told me all about his doberman. They ordered the parts needed, filed warranty paperwork because one of the parts of my treadmill was covered, communicated so much, and scheduled it quickly the moment the part arrived. I got invoices and bids emailed to me while they were still here. I will use them in the future and recommend them to my clients.
Mercury Fitness is Repair is Amazing ! . We used them to repair a high-end treadmill. Nate did a fantastic job. Communication was perfect very professional. We will definitely use them again.
Called to have a problem with my treadmill addressed. Staff and repair technician were so responsive and reliable. Helped me with figuring out how to have a free motor sent to me from the company as it was still under warranty. Came back to install it as soon as I received it. Always on time, efficient and very reasonable. Thank you to Justin, who was so great to deal with.
