Mercury Electric was hired by the seller to complete repairs for a home I purchased. The electrician stated he relabeled load center, installed junction boxes, covered splices in the attic, replace receptacles, and ground them. The electrician didn't complete any of the work he charged the seller for. The listing agent assured me it would be corrected, however months later I'm still waiting. I've called the company multiple times, and I haven't received a response.

I worked in the office of Mercury Electric for more than 40 years doing secretarial work, accounting, picking up materials and answering phone calls from customers, etc. Believe it or not, there was NEVER even one complaint about their work, friendliness, honesty, high quality workmanship, knowledgeable skills, etc. except having to wait for their “Diamond Class” services.
