Contacted them in hopes with getting help with my tankless water heater. Was told a plumber would come by between 9-11Am. No one ever showed and they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called to figure out if someone was still coming. Unprofessional.
We used Mercury plumbing, Inc to install a waterline in our garage to connect to the sink that we purchased. We were very pleased with the technician Jack from the first day he came out and gave us and estimate until completion of the job. Jack took time to give us possible options of for placement of the sink. This was something the other company we called didn’t do when the gave us an estimate.
