1st time to dine here and it was very enjoyable. Service was excellent and Mgr came to check on us several times. We will return! Well we did return this last weekend (a year after our first visit) and we were so looking forward to the same experience we had the first time. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. Update (7/13/26): It turns out, Mercury Chophouse did attempt to contact me. I received 3 phone calls and 2 voicemails before our reservation time informing me that our reservation was unfortunately canceled. For context, I get many spam calls and therefore do not answer unknown calls and don't listen to my voicemails unless I am expecting a specific call. A great restaurant with beautiful view of six flags
We came to Mercury Chophouse for my daughters birthday dinner and were very pleased with the service and atmosphere!! The view from the 9th floor was simply beautiful. Our server Rico was very professional and knowledgeable about the food, drinks and dessert! The food is top tier! Everyone enjoyed their meal.
