Absolute 5 star service from Lorraine on the reception desk today! Needed my partner to have a Dr consult today and were concerned that being an overseas visitor would affect this - Lorraine was amazing, welcoming and nothing was too much of a hassle. Thankyou thankyou thankyou
I’ve recently moved to Whitianga and signed up with this medical practise. I have been impressed with the service and care I’ve received from both the admin staff on reception and the nurse practitioner I’ve seen on two occasions. I’ve moved from coast to coast healthcare in Mangawhai in Northland and they should send some of their staff here training to learn how to treat patients well.
Absolutely fantastic experience yesterday. We are traveling in New Zealand from out of the country, and needed to see a doctor unexpectedly. They could not have been nicer. The whole staff was friendly, professional, and supportive.
