Always had excellent care and attention for no matter what was in for.
Great service, came as a casual patient, waited around 2 hours to be seen which is fine considering I had no appointment and it was a Saturday. Doctor and nurse understood my situation and performed a minor procedure at the moment quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
Do not come in to this medical clinic if you are a casual patient they refused the simple request for paracetamol after they have said they can not do anything for my child. The nurse was rude and the doctor barely spoke with us. We were trying to catch a viral infection that turns bacterial and there was no sympathy from these people at all. Not a medical professional I want to trust with my family ever
Next time I'll call an ambulance and won't waste my time. Great nurse but the receptionist and the treatment were ineffectual. One fractured ankle, 1 sprained ankle, 1 twisted knee and I get a moon boot. Should have gone straight to Thames hospital and got it evaluated properly. And...it cost a lot of money. The snarkiest receptionist who shouldn't be dealing with people in pain.
