Terrible doctor with little to no bedside manner towards his patients. Receptionist, Kim is curt and does not follow through with patients, or in this instance, their assigned surgeons office. My mother who has been a patient for 15+ years needed a release form to be sent by Dr. Mercurio and his office to her practicing surgeon. Not only did the office not send it in a timely matter, they NEVER sent it after multiple phone call requests not only by my mother, but the surgeons office as well! Very unprofessional, absolutely not concerned about their patients. Had 3 terrible experiences in a row, Dr mercurio constantly leaves anywhere from 10am-11am for the rest of the day. No showed on me my last appointment and then when I rescheduled another appointment on another one of my days off, they called me at the end of the day, the day before my appointment to tell me they needed to reschedule again because “the Dr has other stuff to do and is unable to be there for my appointment” which was at 11 in the morning.
