I hired Mercurio Construction to build a new Accessory Dwelling Unit attached to our existing brick home. We also needed to complete some extensive renovations of the existing house. The ADU and shared space totaled a 1000 square foot addition by itself. Mike Mercurio did a great job. We hired Mecurio Construction for an addition to our home. Mike and his team were very responsive, honest, and did excellent work. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job on our home. We had a very tight timeline to renovate the second level of a home we were moving in to and he got us there on time and on budget. The work is great quality, it’s been a year and we are still happy. 2 new bathrooms, moved a wall, all new flooring, new staircase/railings. I can’t recommend Mike enough, he was always responsive, answered his phone etc. We will definitely use his team again for our next projects.
