Great location across from King George Square and very close to Queen Street Mall. Rooms are a bit dated.

Had to update my review to reduce the rating. I woke up to no power in my room - no ability to charge my phone / laptop, no TV, not able to iron my shirt for the days meetings. I get things happen outside everyones control. HOWEVER, they came and did a quick check... couldn't find the problem AND NO solution offered, no apology, NOTHING. So I'm off to my meetings in a crinkled shirt... minimal phone battery and laptop power and without a morning coffee... not a great start to my day! When booking our accommodation, I specifically requested—on two separate occasions—that two of the three rooms be inter-leading, as we were travelling with small children. The hotel responded that they would do their best to accommodate this request, subject to availability. However, upon arrival, we were told there was no record of the request, and the front desk staff attempted to place the blame on us, claiming it was because we had booked through a third party.
