LADIES!!! Do you want to talk with a mechanic shop and not have someone treat you like your just a dumb girl and don’t know what your talking about??? GO HERE! I had the absolute best experience with them!!! Constantly kept me updated on what was going on and I never not knew how much something was going to be. Took my car in with an engine check light and instead of taking the job for an expensive fix they advised me of a warranty that should cover it and helped immensely. It’s hard to feel trust in a mechanic but I don’t think I’ll get taken advantage of here and absolutely trust everything they have to tell me.
I’m new to the area and was calling around looking for a mechanic to service my partners car(that was in desperate need of servicing), Merck’s auto was friendly, professionally, followed up with me, actually did a walk through and literally showed me the what was damaged while explaining why it needed replacing, and gave me a reasonable price on the work needed.
