Car repairs can be stressful but from Jill’s great customer service to Steven’s honest and kind approach to repairs I felt taken care of from start to finish. Everything I needed was explained, all of my questions were answered, and the repairs were done quickly. Tyrone is lucky to have a place for reliable, honest auto repairs.
I have always had a good experience at Merck's. They are some of the most pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful people that you will find in a repair shop. They will take time to explain what's going on with your vehicle and give you options for repair. Plus, they are fair and reasonable with their pricing. Very personal and full of integrity!
I had a decent experience at Merck's Auto. Jill was very kind, and the entire team was welcoming, which made me feel comfortable. There was a bit of a communication gap regarding updates on my vehicle, and the final cost ended up being way higher than the estimate. Despite that, I appreciate the overall service. A bit more clarity along the way would have made the experience even better.
I had an amazing experience without this shop! They made me feel at home and I trusted that my car was in good hands. Jill is such a gem thank you so much!
