I have rented from Mercier for close to 6 years now, and ready to sign for another by the way! I have found that all my issues (not many) were always handled quite fast and friendly with the maintenance dept and I am confident that they are doing the best they can when they do the lawns, etc...always looking out for the tenants. I have had four (townhouse) neighbors...three were issues that the Complex quickly handled and got rid of as they became a problem. I am confident i will be a resident of NF complex for years to come... read more

They had a few to choose from – OK, so when i searched around I found Mercier. I wanted to rent from an individual because I like to get more attention when i pay my bills, but I called Mercier Company anyhow. My experience has been fine. Maybe I have good karma:) but i really like where I live. The parking is safe and easy and i am close to work.

Shady with "not receiving" rent payments - STAY AWAY! – I've rented an apartment at this agency for nearly a year. I've had some minor maintenance problems (limited hot water, mold around the windows, AC not working on hot days) that haven't been taken care of despite attempts to have them fixed. I understand that sub-par maintenance is part of renting an apartment and that in itself doesn't bother me. What does bother me is that I have always paid my rent on time. Fair and Square – I rented a townhouse from this agency twice, each time for one year. I never had any problems, I only left because I moved in with my boyfriend, but then we broke up so I had to move out. from his place. And I went back to the same building. That was nice.

No headaches here – I have been a tenant with this agency for over 9 yrs and I have found it to be wonderful. My maintenance issues are handled well with WC and the office site management has been very helpful and responsible. I have lived here once before and never had issues at that time either. Buildings are older but I find well kept and clean. Lawns are kept and property is well kept. Seeing some of the reports here I thought I would just state that I would recommend the townhouses to family if they were looking. I work... read more

Response to "dopemonster" – I'm pretty sure I know who you are -your girlfriend had no problem till you moved in. You were very rude. And - YOU were not on the lease!! And as far as the "possessions" - you knew they were coming and we recommend (we can't require) you put your things on pallets in the basement. Several of the boxes were empty! And as for Cindy - um, you would NOT have spoken to her "before the lease was signed" - that is not her job!! And when you curse and swear at someone, they don't have to listen. Ninty n... read more

Honest and Dependable – When I was looking for a rent this company had a few places to show me. A nice lady helped me with my contract. I never had any trouble with the unit. The furniture wasn't new, but it was all clean. When I come bac next year, I will call them. I saw the other review, and so I wanted to write.

This company truely just wants your money, they are a total rippoff. – i had to call the city housing authority on this company for my apartments ceiling leaking and collapsing. They do not properly fix it and just rig it enough. Their maitenance supervisor WC told me during a repair that it "dont matter because I'm on leased housing", which I am not! This man also during a repair opened up a pipe full of water on my possessions in my basement without moving it first or even asking me to move my stuff out of his way. This ma... read more
