Misgendered me numerous times within a 3 minute phone call
I went to Mercie Health last month and had a great experience. I read some of the other reviews and can say confidently, that was not the experience for me. Everyone was kind and listened to me. The lady who works in the front was so friendly, genuine and helpful. All the staff who I interacted with was very professional and kind - they listened with compassion. Dr. Sylvia is a skilled clinician, mentor, and preceptor who models ethical practice and provides essential guidance for PMHNP students. She delivers compassionate, evidence-based care, actively listens to her patients, and ensures her students are well-prepared for success in clinical practice through her supportive and knowledgeable approach. This is my second clinical rotation with her and I’m loving every minute.
They are scamming people. My wife has been trying to get her RX from these people for weeks now and they are just BULLYING her for money left and right. The entire company is setup to take your money and not help anyone. BEWARE BEFORE TRUSTING. They also charged our credit card without our consent and we are now going to be filing a police report.
DO NOT GIVE THESE people your credit card Information they will charge your card without your consent. The doctor will not give you any medicine and will just charge your card.
