I had started seeing Dr. Sylvia for a couple years but over time it was horrible communication, started to be a different Dr every visit. Lack of treatment plan and forgetting to send prescriptions in. They claim the rule is 72 hours but what’s funny they don’t take 72 hours to and their money out for the visit. There is NEVER NO OFFICE MANAGER TO HANDLE ANY SITUATIONS. The people who answer the phone seem to not know anything of what’s going on. Very disappointing

I was with Mercie for almost 4 years and unfortunately decided I couldn’t keep up with the inconsistent scheduling it got to the point almost every appointment would be cancelled/time moved/ I would have to drive an hour or I would be charged anyway. Had extreme nausea for months and she would not fill the correct prescription. I never would have left if it was consistent. I really could go on ,but moral of the story, shop around before you commit it will not help mental health to be in this back and forth.

This has to be the most insensitive, unprofessional, and uncaring doctor/therapist EVER! SILVIA needs to be reported to the ethics committee. She herself needs to seek medical attention as she isn’t equipped to handle patients in need. I do not recommend her practice!
