My exhaust needed replacing and I was very pleased with the service I got . Lovely place to take your motor when you need something fixing .everybody I have spoken to at the garage we’re very pleasant and I will be taking my car back for a service and mot in September . Also my son has just started to use the garage with his Hyundai i10 ,he’s just had a wheel problem which is now sorted and the service they gave my son was also top notch. So a big thumbs up all round
Great service as always but arrived to collect car at 16.30 to find site closed finished early for England match .. A quick txt msg for anybody due to collect would have ideal ?

Took 6 hours to be notified the ‘outsourced’ tyre fitter couldnt handle 21” wheels. Despite me explaining the urgency and need to get the car back! They then charged me £24.76 for the privilege of ‘checking’ my tyres. I was simply told it could be repaired. What should have happened was “sorry we cannot handle 21” wheels” and i would have found another garage. Which by the way I did straight after and they charged me £24 for a repair which was actually possible and is less that Mercia’s ‘checking’! I wont be using them again... read more
