Llegue en abril hacer los taxes va a terminar el 2024 estamos ya en diciembre y esta gente no resuelve nada mandan papeleo equivocado lo mismo paso con mi esposa y hoy conmigo no resuelven nada solo cobran y si les dices algo te responden bravos y con mentiras no vayan ahi
Muy caro hay otros lugares con las misma prestaciones o mejores menos cara hasta $25 por una copia de sus taxes del anos pasado me parece exagerado a mi opinión
The lady Merchy stole money from my families taxes. Always look at the line 34 and 35A to make sure the same amount is written on the envelope, always double check your tax refund matches the number she writes behind the yellow envelope work. We went to her for years and she stole more than 100$ from our tax refund. SHE IS A SCAMMER AND LOST US AS CUSTOMERS!!!! We will be reporting.
