I came very hopeful to begin my HRT journey with merchantville medical wellness. I was so excited when I started with Dr Nirenberg. She put me on bio identical progesterone. Which I thought was great. She started me on 100mg and within 3 weeks of taking it I was up to 400mg. I was bleeding like crazy. Had crazy cramps. And my sleep got worse. We had been to four gastro specialists (on the Jersey and PA sides of the river) and two other Naturopaths over the past 6+ years to try to help my daughter with ongoing gastro issues that were severely impacting her.
