Absolutely terrible customer service Cody is a Rude and nasty person. He began to yell and berate me on the phone. I hope this business fails quick and closes shop Absolutely no one deserves to be treated with such distain when calling for help.

Do not use this company. You’ll be waiting hours to pick up your items & they’ll stop answering the phone. CODY with merchants towing stopped answering the phone, I had my mother call to see if he would answer her, she did and he did answer and then called me and said “your mommy called for you well send someone as soon as we can” it’s been over two hours.

The owner of the business, is a very unpleasant person to speak to. Rude, yells, ugly, and very unprofessional. This person should not be in business. Business is closed during business hours, if you ask to see your car no one shows up. Worst of the worst wreckers I’ve dealt with. I had to leave a star, but he deserves none!

I wouldn’t give them 1 star but, I had to to publish this . . They are SO rude, not on time & very unprofessional! Called to follow up as to why I had not been informed of them not arriving, running late etc. & from the first few words I got out the guy jumped down my throat.very intimidating & loud almost to the point of yelling. Cody, the Owner @ Merchants Wrecker Service in Alvin TX must be a miserable person. Instead of running is business like he wants customers, he could care less about having happy and satisfied customers. He's extremely rude, arrogant and tries to be very condescending...but we've got his number. I've never met an uglier person, trying to run a business, than this man. Used this service referred to by my warranty. WORST SERVICE EVER. If I could give 0 starts I would. Car was towed to the wrong location and tow was ordered online, so there is no way to confuse the address. Spoke with the Tow truck driver and he happens to be the owner also. He said he did not even read the drop off address. He started to raise his voice in frustration as I asked him to lower it he hung the phone up.
