I can't speak highly enough of Merchant's Transfer & Warehouse. After a rather rough start with Planes Companies in West Chester, OH for an interstate move, Merchant's Transfer more than exceeded our expectations. They resolved all the problems created by Planes Companies. Communication with Merchant's was terrific. Thanks to Will's crew and Mr. Curtis W. for their professionalism and the care they showed to our furniture and belongings. I highly recommend this company.
We used this company to move us. We submitted our reports (on time) regarding multiple damages caused by them. Their claims dept has repeatedly lied to us & we have been promised that "a check was in the mail" 6 or 7 times. Now, they are saying our claim has been given to another claims specialist.
