I went in and nobody greeted me. I literally stood at the service desk 2 feet away for a few minutes before I asked if I should go to another desk. The guys said, "yeah, Im working on something". I was shocked at such poor service. I get that people get busy. But either greet people because you're literally out front at the service desk, or work in the back so you can do what you need to do. What an amazing team! After going to two shops to identify leaks in two of my tires, they were the only ones able to find the issues and repair them. They got me in right away, and got it done! The manager was very professional, and took the time to educate me and show me where the problems were. I highly recommend the NTB Falls Church location. They will be my go-to repair shop moving forward. Thank you for a great job!

I made online schedule twice in the morning (08/28/25 around 9 am and scheduled for alignment 7: 00 am on the same day). Called in around 6:45 pm before bring the car over for 7:00 pm schedule. Kevin store manager gave me big bitchy attitudes on the phone and loud voice like he is a store owner or I work for him or something. Just because, he did not see my appointment on his computer. he said he no alignment person there. End up, i did not bring my car in. I had 3 cars done alignment there last year.
