This is the place to get tires in the greater Falls Church/Annandale area. It begins with a well designed website where you can shop for and compare tires with no pressure. You can even schedule an appointment online. Once in the shop you’ll encounter great service and a large well lit waiting area. My service advisor Brian worked well with the actual tire mechanic and demonstrated leadership and positive reinforcement by complimenting the mechanic on delivery for working hard and getting the service done in record time.
I had a flat tire and roadside assistance found that all my tires probably needed to be replaced. I called NTB and they told me to come in - Kevin and the guys serviced my car effectively and efficiently. They were able to obtain tires I wanted that were not in stock and service them to my car within the same business day. I am pleased with the service and would come back for additional needs and recommend to a friend. Thank you!
