Great service from ntb burke, store is very clean and friendly people, Mr.Mir seemed very knowledgeable, he guided me through which tires are good for my car, William seemed very friendly as well, will be back for sure
William at NTB was super helpful! My tire couldn’t be repaired but he suggested I call where I purchased due to them being so new! Turns out they were. So kind. Will definitely be back!
William was great! Fixed my tire with no wait on way to work when my normal tire store would only take me in by appt. much later.
Great customer service. Fixed multiple issues with my car in less than a day. William is absolute gentleman—professional, courteous, and just a GOOD person.
