I've been waiting almost 3 years for Mr. ********************** to start on my project. He hasn't stayed in touch or anything. I haven't heard from him until I stated I would be contacting an attorney to have him return my down payment. I have been diagnosed with MS and not working right now and it would be nice to have my down payment back for paying bills related to my diagnosis. He did tell me he would get started on returning my down payment but that was 2 months ago. I just want my down payment returned ASAP.

Had new bathroom vanity tops put in both of our bathrooms in April. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the outcome. The two gentlemen were professional, thorough and pleasant the entire time they were doing the job. I would highly recommend Merchant's. They were tops as far as we were concerned.
