I own various sites and buildings around Dayton and at times need security to watch over things. Every time I contact Merchants they quickly provide me with the needed help. I have never had a bad experience and recommend Merchants to anyone who needs top-quality guard services.

I feel this company is a great place to work for people who do not like to be on their feet all night and who are ok with working independently. I have been with the company a little over four months and I have had a pretty good experience. They were short guards so a lot of us were working 6 days a week and some people doubles, but if you just email or talk to someone they are usually pretty good about making things better for you. Jessica lies I recommend when you hear the phrase I quit working for other companies in HR because they didn't care about their employees get up turn around walk out family-oriented company BS, 50hr week brought home 206, took an extra $130 out of my check for a fee I don't remember nor would I consent to that

This company does not care about who works for them. They could care less working you in 3 shifts a day. All they care about is money. They have a site without a bathroom for their employees to "guard". And the scheduler Tony is a stupid person. Human resources are a joke too. No compassion. STay away.

The reviews are so right for this place. I worked there when Dennis hired me because I was in the military. I told him I was unable to do long walks and he said it was ok because most of the jobs were sitting down. He put me in a place where we had to two rounds a night and to do one full round took 2 hours. One day I told him that I could not complete a round and the next day Dennis fired me because I was unable to fill the requirements of the job..... Do Not Work OR Hire this Company in any circumstances. Office management(Dennis McClerren) is corrupt as they come. Lies and steals from employees, verifiable by looking at multiple reviews with other Search sites. This company is Just plain wrong in its handling of employees, with regards to its supervisors who are trained to treat their officers like 18 yr old marine recruits. And then to lie and steal from you .....just awful. Please beleive me when I tell you not to HIre or Work for this Company.
