Don't waste time with this "business". They have zero awareness of the FDCPA, CFPB or the Federal No Suprises Act. FYI, paid medical collections are deleted from your report as of 7/1/22. I called to explain there was a mistake in my medical bills being sent into clectuons due to me having insurance. The lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional and even hung up on me. They won't be receiving a dime for the hospitals mistake.
Very rude. “You have the right to dispute” but when you do ask to a dispute a balance, they will hang up on you.
They are liar, thief and very unprofessional. Its shame they can legally steal from you and no government agency can hold them accountable.
