Very helpful and friendly employees.
This is a great store for tennis and pickleball. They have a great selection of merchandise (even for kids). My son and I love visiting this location. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming towards us. That includes everyone who works there (at least 4 or 5 different people off the top of my head). I have NEVER felt unwelcome or ignored. I found all of them to be very knowledgeable. I got GREAT advice with respect to tennis racquets, strings and shoes. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR. Disgusting attitude of the 2 older ladies working and managing here. 0 customer service and no one seems to care about this attitude since years..So agree with the 1 * comments here. Only saving grace was one of the kids who works here maybe on their summer break! ..Will not acknowledge, won't bother even asking you or updating you on time frame and will keep walking past and ignoring you...I mean C'mon..does this business segregate their $$$ bills based on color before depositing... read more
