I bought a van for $39,000 and found there was a damage on the driver side door. They didn’t inform me about this damage and I trusted this company and came from Wellington to Auckland to pick up the vehicle. Great service and personable, friendly staff. I initially went to just look around, and never expected to come away with a Wildtrak. I feel like Merchant Motors did a good deal on the price. There was one issue with the tyre sensors which they very promptly put right just two days later with the help of their mechanic, who also provided a professional service. No trouble. Needless to say I am very pleased with the ute purchased. Special thanks to Vikram for all his help!
