Botched the Nissan class action so bad.
I can highly recommend this Law Firm, especially if you in Calgary get a hold of Peter Manousos. Peter is an exceptional Lawyer, he took my claim seriously when other Lawyers just looked away. He did an awesome job and was in touch with me all the time. The claim did take quite a while but Peter stayed on top of it and in the end it turned out better then I thought. When I first dealt with Merchant Law, I thought I had a good and honorable person. I was told that if we didn't go to trial then there would be no fees. We worked together to try to get the case settled, but it came to a point where the offending company refused to budge on any point, and that to proceed, it would have to go to court, and at that time, it didn't look like there would be a favorable outcome.
