Tried to get a refund on an online delivery JJs order from the University location near Drake which never arrived but said it was delivered. Been over a month and despite several attempts to contact, the money has still not been returned. Basically theft.
As a small business owner and former regular at Jimmy John's, I was deeply disappointed by the Grimes, Iowa location (owned by Merchant Investments, which operates about 30 Midwest franchises). During a drive-thru tap-to-pay, the cashier accidentally dropped my brand-new phone (purchased less than a week prior) between the window and my vehicle.
