We had dinner at the Inn. After spending over $135 for two, the meal was not up to the taste and caliber I was hoping for. We're not going back to the restaurant.
Given the elegant website and good reviews, this hotel was a disappointment. The rooms were pleasant but by no means luxurious. Our stay was overpriced considering how outdated the facilities were. We had a room in the main house and one in the carriage house. The carriage house, although more expensive, was more rundown. We especially didn't appreciate the gravel/mud approach to the stairs. Breakfast was also disappointing. The portions were comically small and of poor quality.
Beautiful inside, well-kept, clean. Room and general accommodations were very nice. Tomi, the innkeeper is EXCELLENT. Very efficient at what she does, and seems to anticipate & accommodate needs proactively. Attentive and provides a GREAT customer experience. We stayed in the loft. Which was clean and perfect for our party. Breakfast is well worth stopping in for, even if you're not staying at the inn.
