This is not about the salon but the nail person I had. Can't remember her name. I don't know if I just had bad luck because everyone else in the reviews seems to love their nails from here. I asked for French gel polish on my natural nails. The lady didn't put on a gel base or top coat. This is required for the chemical reaction that sets the polish.
