Stan quoted us for a roof repaint two years ago, roof looked good but leaks were detected during the storm season resulting in more expense from an independent pointer. Disappointed in his professional judgements re the state of our roof. Transparency lacking in this regard. To his credit, he returned to repaint affected areas internally and externally due to damage caused by leaking roof.
