this is not a good company they dont pay ppl at all they will sue you if you break down . if you call for load they will put hold 30 min than hang up the phone . its very disgusting ppl human being dont even bother them
If Truck breaks down or is repoed they will sue you for thousands more than what is actually owed. 3 to 4 times as much. 2k might be 8k. 3k might be 12k. Landstar is 10 times better than Mercer. Do NOT waste your time or risk the lawsuit in the event you leave or break down. They won’t help most of the time unlike Landstar who does. And they’ll add to your problem by suing you for thousands upon thousands more than you actually owe.
