My septic was backing up into my bathroom, we tried everything we could, nothing worked. The company my dad used kept telling me I still had another yr before it needed pumped. I called mercers and they squeezed me in the next day. They also helped me understand that my leachbed was bad and they pumped almost 500 more gallons then my tanks suppose to hold.
Absolutely amazing!!!! These folks were on point, quick to get things done, with excellent consistent communication, and extremely kind!!! Their cost for service is also tremendously reasonable!! I was so scared it would be something scary but no! I will definitely be having them out for annual septic pumping moving forward!!! Thank you Mercer family!!! You're all quite incredible!!! Keep up the fantastic work!!!
Asked around to friends who they would suggest and Mercer's was the winner. Called and within a short time period, Mercer's called me back and I had an appointment made. Mercer's we're very professional and did exactly what was needed done. Would highly recommend them.
