Dr. Mercer is a wonderful, compassionate general practitioner. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
