Locked our keys in our truck on a Saturday and three locals recommended Bob. Walked to his shop which was closed but there was a phone number on the door to call. Not only did Bob immediately answer he apologized for saying he couldn’t be there for 10 to 15 minutes lol. Not only did he save the day he charged a minimal amount instead of taking advantage like some would have. When we were leaving he was helping a family with a tire repair on his day off. As you can tell by all the five star reviews this businessman gats it!

Mercer Rentals & Sales is the BEST!!!! The phenomenal customer service and level of professionalism is second to none!!!! I have never had a more positive interaction from start to finish with any company! I am truly, truly thankful for Brian and the amazing team at Mercer Rentals and Sales! Had a flat motorcycle tire which was already on death's doorstep, explained the situation and they got it plugged for me and an employee gave me a ride back to where my bike was.
