Great Service from Mercer Plumbing & Heating. I called them for a quote for a new boiler and after a prompt visit, and quotation, I decided to go ahead. The boiler was fitted and working within a day, with the minimum of fuss. I'm very glad that I decided to get them do the job.
Fitted a Worcester boiler for me. Didn’t work from the start despite the previous two boilers (fitted by myself) working fine. Called in Worcester and they couldn’t fix the problem. Eventually ripped out the new pipework fitted by Mercer and replaced with my own simplified design. Et voila! All during this time Mercer would not answer his phone and despite making one other visit failed to diagnose the problem but charged me another £280. Grateful thanks to Stephen and his team for their excellent expertise and knowledge in bringing our central heating back to life after the accumulation of debris within the system had left us without hot water.
Great service by Barry. Took the time to walk through what was done during boiler service and didnt offer any excuses or reasons to overcharge me given our floor standing boiler is not as common as others. Very knowledgeable and I’d highly recommend. Thanks so much
