PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN CONSIDERING MOVING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS STAFF NOR THE RESIDENTS! THEY FEED THE RESIDENTS GARBAGE, DO NOT CARE FOR THEM PROPERLY ETC!
Mercer Place in Rowlett Tx is an amazing place with a caring staff. Ater looking at a number of places for my uncle we decided on Mercer. The thing that attacked me was the size of the facility. Having approximately 32 to 40 clients assured that my uncle would receive the care and attention he needs. They treated us like family. Without hesitation I recommend Mercer Place.
