I literally NEVER leave reviews on here but absolutely had to for this. This office is dismissive and is full of disrespectful uncaring staff. If and i really mean IF you can get these people on the phone you can expect to be cut off, talked over, and disrespected. Other than that I am convinced they let the phone ring. Very professional and caring staff. Shelby was the utmost help and great attitude! Jamie was amazing as well. 10/10 recommend.
They are amazing there. Shelby is so friendly ,kind,caring and very attentive. And she efficient at her job. The nurse I had ,Jamie, was just amazing she was very understanding and compassionate and she has a gentle touch with giving a shot. My NPA, was Heather Scrimpshire and I just love. So kond and caring she was. I had labs done and the wonderful young lady who drew my blood did an amazing job. So very happy to have found a place with such wonderful, kond and competent people to provide myedical care.
I love Dr. Kay as well as all of my family do. This new lady Liz at front desk is the most unprofessional rudest person Ive ever met in a place of business! Liz is rude on the phone and when you personally see her rude to patients I dont even know in person I wonder how in the hell can Mercer keep her! My entire family and coworkers are considering leaving this place if they cant do something about this A hole in front! Being new to Harris County, I am so grateful to have found Mercer Medicine. Dr. Heather and her assistant, Liz, are extremely caring healthcare professionals. They take the time to listen to my concerns and questions. Their facility is clean, as it should be. I mention this because not all medical offices maintain a clean environment. I hope Dr. Heather and Liz never leave Mercer Medicine in Hamilton.
