Being new to Harris County, I am so grateful to have found Mercer Medicine. Dr. Heather and her assistant, Liz, are extremely caring healthcare professionals. They take the time to listen to my concerns and questions. Their facility is clean, as it should be. I mention this because not all medical offices maintain a clean environment. I hope Dr. Heather and Liz never leave Mercer Medicine in Hamilton.
Place is pathetic. Can't even maintain prescriptions properly. People upfront are dumb as dirt, rude, and think they are high and mighty. Would give no stars because this place horrible.
My wife and myself retired in Hamilton 2 1/2 years ago and have been patients of Mercer since we settled in . They are an outstanding group of professionals and it is a pleasure to know them and be under their care. We have 100% confidence in all that they provide .
Quite literally the worst experience ever! If you are coming here because you are sick, i would recommend anywhere else. They will just misdiagnose you and tell you you’re fine. I’m not sure of the background of these doctors but you’re better off looking up your symptoms on webmd then asking them for help.
How is this supposed to be a family practice but you won’t see kids under 16. This is difficult for parents who have no other options but what’s local and you won’t see sick kids
