After reading the kind views about the people that run this place, I took my fiancees ring to get sized today. They made me feel very confident by explaining the process and telling me his history with jewlery. Excellent service, and exceptionally reasonable pricing. Can't wait to pick it up!!! Edit!!! Mr Mercer was so kind as of to go in on the weekend and do my work so it would be done when he told me. Absolutely flawless work. I would take anything to this well seasoned gem master.
Very nice gentleman working inside. My watch was to large for wrist and he took the links out for me fast and didn't charge hardly anything. Definitely recommend.

Took in my ring for repair, beyond what I expected!! One of the prongs was broken, he rebuilt the prongs and did an excellent job! It looks like it is brand new. Service is 5 starz!!
