Both my kids go to Mercer Island Pediatric Dentistry and we love it. It’s very clean and well organized. Appointments were always on time. Staff was very friendly and patient. Most importantly Dr. Vu knew exactly what she was doing and was very efficient with her work. Highly recommend this place.
I can't say enough good things about Mercer Island Pediatric Dentistry! I felt terrible for being late to our appointment, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and understanding. They welcomed us with kindness and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Both of my children were treated with care and respect, and the entire team worked efficiently without sacrificing quality. Dentist is very impatient, classist, degrading, and snarky.
My son was terrified of the x ray machine and the dental assistant spent her time calming him down and explaining every step of the process while she was doing it. It made a huge difference.
