I was a longtime patient of Dr. Chorak’s. I’ve had 2 rounds of braces and then aligners. The most recent experience with him and his staff has led me to switching care. At one appt, the tech was complaining about the amount of adjustments he had to do for my aligners right in front of me. He was rushing/throwing the tools around then pulled my bottom lip so hard it split open and was bleeding for days. He didn’t acknowledge it and was unprofessional the whole time. Dr Lauren and her entire staff are amazing. It is alway easy for me and my son to get appointments at convenient times. Dr Lauren is alway positive and has excellent communication with my dentist in determining our goals. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything Dr Lauren and her entire staff.
