Lazy service from the guy working at the car wash. Poor attitude, poor service, poor product. Will not be coming back.
I wouldn't consider the vacuums as a working vacuum. The rest of my experience was great however just keep in mind if you plan to vacuum your car out using these vacuums, it's a waste of money. Mine was broken so the nozzle kept detaching and it had little to no suction. I had to put my hand against it multiple times to see if it was working and oftentimes it wasn't sucking up much of anything.
