Very poor communication. Always short staffed. Loved the home health aid. They dropped my mother from 2 days a week to one without speaking to the family, they informed us by text the day before she was to have a vist that they were short staffed and moving to one day. One of the Physical Therapists was awful and again, never communicated any issues with my mother and dropped her to one day a week without letting us know.
