Billing Review. Mercer Health Online Bill Pay is currently unavailable about 90% of the time. & In response to "We are doing everything under our control to address this issue, NO you are not. It has been broken for way too long and if your health care was like your billing that would be very bad for patients. You CAN fix it. Switch billing providers. Do something. I just tried to pay over $1000 but no go.
