The best emergency room I’ve been to. Went in tonight at 4:30am for influenza, they did everything they could to make sure I was better before they sent me home. Got out at 9:30 this morning, was definitely worth it. Doctors did IV fluids and blood work on everything you can think of. And found out some things I didn’t even know. Very glad I was shown I was cared for. Emma is also a great phlebotomist, I recommend her! All of the doctors/nurses were amazing, and I mean ALL. Place is a complete joke. The guy working the counter wanted to notify everyone and their mama that I was there for a Covid test. And he told me to wait in the seats I was in meanwhile they was soaked 🤣 absolute joke.
if you are able to go somewhere else , do so ! this place is absolutely awful . never again will I step foot in coldwater hospital . this place has so much potential , but unfortunately they don't use any of it. go somewhere else !!!
A great place, very helpful and kind when my daughter broke her leg. They have great orthopedics there as well!! Dr. Otte with OIO was fantastic.
