Staff is very nice and knowledgeable.
Everyone here actually take time to not just listen, but hear you. You’re not ‘just another patient’ and it shows in the interaction with the caregivers.
I was treated rudely by a member of upper management. Her supervisor was kind and apologized. That experience made me uncomfortable and reluctant to return. I have found another clinic that exceeds my expectations.
