I have the misfortune of Mercer being the brokers on my Metlife policy. I've currently been on hold for 30+ minutes while the rep goes to look for a form to certify my wood stove... This is all after it took them 4 transfers to get me to the right place. And they did this when they first opened my policy! Take your business direct to Metlife and skip these clowns.
