Horrible customer service at the front desk. They do not care about patients, only their bottom dollar. Made me sit through a sales pitch with a broken foot, then denied service when they wouldn't take my insurance. Sent away with a broken foot.
I have been to Here 2 times. Both times I was passed back right away and saw the Dr right away. Everyone is super friendly and caring. I would definelty recommend this place to anyone. It’s honestly great.
I had the best experience here. There was no wait time, the doctor and nurse were great. They even called me the day after to see how I was doing and to see if I had questions or concerns about my visit.
They feature a comfortable waiting area, clean rooms, and an incredibly friendly and cable staff. As a patient, you will be checked-in immediately as there is no wait time--ever.
Rude employees. I will drive all the way over to Doctors hospital before I ever go here again. My husband has IBD and had to use the bathroom and the guy at the front desk stated he would call the police on him for using the public bathroom.
